Martinborough is known internationally for its outstanding wines - most of which are grown and made within walking distance of Peppers Martinborough Hotel.

Less well known is the wonderful local produce, which features in our Martinborough Restuarant and Bar menus. Local olive oil is a particular favourite as are the ugly mushrooms, which are farmed nearby. Wairarapa lamb is a perfect match for Martinborough Pinot Noir, and crayfish and whitebait caught off the Wairarapa coast are a delight when accompanied with a crisp local Sauvignon Blanc.

The Martinborough Restaurant and Bar is open every day for a fine dining experience or simply good local food and wine.

Other facilities include library, the Red Room and Conservatory (perfect for your pre dinner cocktails or a port after your meal), Petanque pitch in the hotel gardens and The Snooker Room
